The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating during our stay, easily arranging activities and ensuring our comfort even when the attractions were closed due to unusual weather conditions.

The WiFi signal in our room was quite poor, and even after they attempted to solve this by installing a repeater, the connection remained inadequate for a hotel at this standard.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from all the shops and restaurants. My room was clean, quiet, and offered fine views of the area. The restaurant served exquisite meals with really good presentation that enhanced my experience.

The location couldn't have been better as it was just a short walk from Cordillera Traveler and the Atacama Observatory, making my city strolls so much more enjoyable. the staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring my comfort during my stay and even arranging packed breakfasts for my early tours.

The kids enjoyed the spacious room and the great pool area. Breakfast was better than expected, with tasty options for everyone. We had fun exploring the nearby high street, just a short walk away, making it easy to see all the shops and cafes.

My wife says that more comfortable beds would have made our stay even better.

Just a good pick for a cursory stop in San Pedro de Atacama with good value for price. The staff were friendly and always made sure our room was tidied up after our tours. Try to stay away from the bar area if you want a quieter night.
